The company has special person to collect, study and integrate the environmental requirements (RoHS/REACH/conflict minerals, etc.) of laws and regulations, customers, industry and society, and eventually transformed into the company internal executable measures and specifications.At the same time, the requirements are passed to company's suppliers, who are required to control the use of restrict toxic and hazardous substances, and improve the production ability of environmental products. We also require suppliers, who establish the effective production system with environment friendly, to provide the compliance information of the environmental materials and certification. 

EAST POINT hereby declares that: strictly abide by relevant regulations of international organizations and industries, does not accept and use "conflict minerals" from the Democratic Republic of Congo and the surrounding countries and regions, and requires suppliers to trace the sourcing of "conflict minerals" contained in all products, which include Au, Ta, Sn, and W, and provide relevant information. In addition, our company requires its upstream suppliers to fulfill the legal requirements related to“forbidden use of conflict minerals”.
